Having founded a grassroots non-profit myself and built a career working with small businesses, I understand what it takes to keep complex projects moving despite limited resources - from coordinating frontline services and managing stakeholders, to creating systems that improve communication and decision-making. 

As an operations support specialist, my approach is proactive, dependable, and collaborative, using my hard-earned skills and expertise to support small businesses, non-profits, and social entrepreneurs. I hold exceptional standards in the quality of my work, and am highly process-orientated. I enjoy creating time and headspace for my clients to focus on core operations and growth.

My background spans humanitarian response, the marine industry, tech, and hospitality and 10+ years of experience in operations, user support, and administrative, behind-the-scenes work.

Hello, I’m Jess

Originally from the UK and educated in Canada, I’ve spent the past nine years working in community-based projects in mainland Greece. I hold a BA in Psychology from the University of British Columbia (2014), and I’m fluent in English, with proficiency in Farsi and Spanish.

I founded and led the grassroots non-profit FORGE for humanity, that provided legal and social support to displaced people in Athens. This initiative supported more than 9,000 people over
6 years and was recognised with the Ockenden Prize in 2020. 

My work has always centred on pairing practicality with creativity, whether that means building tools for better service delivery, or developing policies and procedures that help people focus on what matters most.

I bring that same thoughtful, systems-focused approach to helping teams manage their daily operations, improve internal workflows, and deliver impact with clarity and confidence.
